Outsiders indicate that you don’t belong. The multicultural school in Drammen has a huge challenge to ensure that none of our students experience this. Diversity Week is marked by raising of the rainbow flag in all schools. This is not a neutral symbol, but a flag that is actively used in a political and ideological battle about the fact that there are several genders and that one can be born in the wrong gender.
