– Also in our district there were many calls about drugs that ruined the night’s sleep. A total of 17 reports of disturbances, operations manager at the police in the South-East police district, Lise Bjørnsund, told Østlands-Posten on Friday morning.

Mostly just noise

However, Bjørnsund can say that there have not been many serious incidents related to Russian behavior in the district.

– It has mostly been about loud music and disruption of sleep at night, she says.

The operations manager says that the accumulation of dust has primarily been at rest areas and places where there has been room for several buses.

– We have received messages from both Sandefjord and Telemarksporten. We have moved out following several of the reports, but often the Russian has already moved on by the time we arrive, she says.

Lost driver’s license

The most serious incident in the police district occurred in Drammen, where around 10 Russian buses had taken up residence at a rest area on national highway 285.

Here the buses blocked the road to traffic, and they had fumigated the area with a smoke machine.

The police created a total of six reports on buses that blocked the road. Two drivers had their driving licenses confiscated, because the incident took place on an imprecise curve.

Russ to hospital after violence

The Russians also made noise in many other places in the country on the night of Friday.

Outside Ålesund in Møre og Romsdal, four Russian boys were injured in a fight, and two of them were sent to hospital in an ambulance, reports NTB.

Two Russian buses and lots of people were on the scene when the police arrived at 2 o’clock.

Also in Bergen, a Russian was taken to hospital by ambulance after being knocked down.

Went on the highway

The police otherwise moved out early Friday morning to the E18 Grenlandsporten, where a person was observed walking in a northbound race.

The speed was reduced and a man in his 20s was taken care of by the patrol. The man was looking for his phone, which he had lost. The police have helped him on in a taxi.
