Generally:
These subscription terms apply to everyone who subscribes to the paper newspaper and/or digital product and service from the seller. The terms and conditions may change without further notice, but in case of major changes you will be asked to read through and accept the terms again.
As a subscriber, you must ensure that the newspaper has the correct contact information for you at all times.
Newsletters and customer benefit programs can be included as part of the subscription, and are communicated via e-mail, SMS, push notifications or the media house’s own channels.

Copying: All articles, photography, graphics with more scaffolding available for viewing/reading. Use and presentation other than personal use requires a written agreement with the newspaper. Businesses must not print material for use by their employees or for commercial use in general. Reference is made to the Copyright Act.

The product:
The product consists of the newspaper Møre’s digital edition, which can be read on a computer, tablet or mobile, and the website mre.no with all content. The product can also contain the printed paper newspaper and delivery of this to the doormat/postbox if this has been ordered.
Møre can offer various products:

Complete:
With the subscription complete, you get access to all digital content (PC, mobile and tablet) with E-newspapers and the plus cases. In addition, the paper newspaper is delivered to the registered address.
Extraordinary newspaper publications on paper are only sold in bulk and are not part of the subscription.
You can move the subscription to a new permanent address or to a holiday address. Certain deliveries to a temporary address may incur a fee. Temporary stop is not credited.

Digital:
The subscription gives access to all content digitally (PC, mobile and tablet) with E-newspaper and mre.no’s plus cases.

Student:
Debt for students at college or university level. Debt for students under the age of 34. A condition for the student discount is that we can communicate with you by e-mail. A valid semester card and student ID card must be presented when ordering. To be able to keep a student subscription, it must be presented again before 1 October each year. If we have not received this by this date, the subscription will automatically be changed to an ordinary subscription. You will receive a reminder of this before the deadline expires.

Price:
The price for goods and services online is the total price the buyer must pay. This price includes all taxes and additional costs. Prices for the various subscriptions can be found under “Subscription”. Avisa reserves the right to change the prices of the ongoing subscription at any time.
Prices for subscriptions may be adjusted and new prices will appear on the websites. For the individual subscriber, new prices apply from and including the start date of the next subscription period.

Payment:
A subscription is paid in advance and lasts until it is canceled or the bill is not paid. Thus, the seller demands payment from the time the purchase is completed. The buyer gets access to the product immediately.
Upon termination, the subscription expires for the period you have paid for, but is stopped after this. In the event of a promotional purchase, the subscription will automatically change to an ordinary subscription and at the ordinary price, unless the cancellation is received at the latest three days before the promotional code expires, or you can cancel the subscription yourself on “My page”. Buyers themselves are responsible for keeping track of when the promotional code expires. The ordinary price will then be charged to the payment card for a new period. If the ordinary price does not appear on the order form, you can find these on the seller’s website or by contacting the customer centre.
Invoicing fees are additional for paper invoices. The invoice fee is waived by AvtaleGiro/card payment and invoice by e-mail.

Delivery:
The product is delivered from the time of payment by continuous updating of the website mre.no and two editions a week of the e-newspaper/the printed paper edition. Some weeks where there are red days and holy days, then Møre will come out differently, and with a reduced frequency. During the holidays, the publishing frequency is reduced.

Right of withdrawal:
The buyer can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after payment, otherwise the subscription runs until canceled by the buyer. If you do not pay the bill, the subscription will also be stopped.

Termination:

The subscription is binding until it is canceled by the buyer, the subscription cannot be canceled during the binding period. The buyer can himself, at any time, order to stop the subscription upon expiry.
Termination can be in writing, either electronically on My page, alternatively per post or e-mail to the seller’s customer center or in person. The subscription expires during the period you have paid for. This means that no refunds will be given for amounts paid in.
If you have not paid the subscription within a reasonable time after it is due, the newspaper delivery and/or digital access will be stopped and you will be invoiced for the outstanding amount.

Lack of goods:
If the newspaper is lost due to circumstances beyond the seller’s control, or other delivery problems, the seller’s liability for damages will be limited to what the buyer has paid for the corresponding period of time. Delayed newspaper will not provide compensation.
Access to digital editions/accesses is linked to your personal subscription. Delays or downtime on digital editions and services will not be credited.

Conflict resolution:
Complaints must be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation. The Consumer Council is available on phone 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no.
