The main negotiations in Unilabs Norge AS were carried out on Wednesday 24 April. Present from the Trade Union were Merethe Brodersen, main shop steward Unilabs Norge AS and Trude Jeanette Buschmann, substitute shop steward at the Customer Center and negotiator Lasse Kristiansen and Kathrine Forsdahl – calculator.

– I am very satisfied with this year’s negotiations! It is important to also think about the text in our collective agreement, so I think that several of the requirements helped to further strengthen the collective agreement and can lead to a better working day for several of my members. Thinking in particular of a more pointed life-phase policy and the preparation of various competence plans, says Merethe Brodersen, chief shop steward for Unilabs Norge AS.

Common krone supplement for all

The annual salary in a 100 percent position is adjusted up by NOK 23,539. The amount includes all central supplements. The supplement is given proportionately for part-time employees. With effect from 1 April. Evening and night supplements are also increased from 75 per hour at NOK 100 per hour. The minimum wage rates are regulated in accordance with the general supplements agreed in 2023 and 2024

In addition, the following introduced requirements are mentioned

  • As far as possible in relation to operations, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve must be given off. If there is a need to work on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, it is limited to 15:00
  • On the Wednesday before Maundy Thursday, working hours end at 16:00.
  • Paid leave is granted for necessary health care and follow-up of children up to and including the year the child turns 12.
  • New point about life phase policy. Current measures can include a life-phase perspective in career planning and competence development, arrangement of work tasks, adapted working hours, retreat position, reduced uncomfortable working hours.
  • New point about competence plans. Competence plans must be drawn up for all employees in the business. It can be assessed whether the measure has consequences for the employee’s salary position.
