Already in 2022, influencer and TV profile Sebastian Solberg (34) told that he and his partner Nikoline Anundsen (29) wanted to move from the home in Ullern.

In 2020, the couple bought the house in Ullern for NOK 13,050,000 and put it up for sale in 2022 at NOK 16,500,000. At the time, they withdrew the sale, and instead bought a holiday home.

Last week, the couple could tell Nettavisen that they had bought a renovation object in Bærum, without having sold the house in Ullern.

Now the house has been put up for sale again, but this time at a much lower price than two years ago.

– A varying market

Since the house purchase in 2020, the duo has renovated and improved the already completely renovated home with the aim of selling the villa for more than they bought it for.

Now the couple is trying to sell the villa again, but this time for an asking price of NOK 14,900,000, which is around NOK 1.5 million lower than the asking price in 2022.

According to the Finn advertisement, the Swiss villa of 271 square meters is described as a “dream place”, with proximity to several attractive areas:

“Beautiful and venerable Swiss villa located in Bestum/Ullern – a very attractive and child-friendly residential area, located west of Skøyen, in the district of Ullern”, it is described in the advertisement.

In addition, the home can offer five bedrooms, two living rooms and two kitchens.

In front of Nettavisen, Solberg says that they are excited about the sale:

– We relate to a varying market in the same way as everyone else. We received several offers last time that we would have agreed to if it hadn’t crashed with the due date for our fourth child. This resulted in us making the choice to stay for a few more years, says Solberg to Nettavisen.

Already great interest

According to the estate agent for the property sale, Sverre Ivar Skaarberg Wiborg in Nordvik, the asking price is realistic in relation to today’s housing market.

– The background for the price quote and the assessments made in 2022 will be answered by the broker from that time. We have now priced the property based on comparable sales we and others have had recently, as well as an overall assessment of the object against today’s market, he says to Nettavisen.

However, he has faith in the sale of the home this time, and can say that there is already great interest in the upcoming viewing:

– We are experiencing a far more positive market now than in the last two years. There are more people showing up, the bids sit more easily and we are experiencing a faster turnover rate than before.

According to the broker, the home can offer a number of facilities, and stands out from similar houses in the area:

– This is a home with a consistently good standard that you can move into. When you combine that with a substantial floor plan over three levels, you end up with something that suits a modern family that needs a lot of space, but wants a short distance to the city centre, he concludes.
