The comedy “Peter Pan goes to hell” is the Norwegian version of the success “Peter Pan Goes Wrong”, which for several years has sold out on Broadway in New York and the West End in London.
Soon the performance will come to Norway and Chateau Neuf. In January, a handful of well-known actors and comedians will be on stage – including the fat walker Trond Fausa.

Famous actors
Oppenheimer and Golden Globe winner Trond Fausa return to the stage again. This time as none other than Captain Hook. Atle Antonsen, Siw Anita Andersen, Nils-Ingar Aadne, Vidar Magnussen and Kristine Grændsen also have roles in the comedy.
– There is a very nice group that will be on stage. After working a lot with film, I’m looking forward to being on stage again. I have missed getting the immediate response from the audience and being part of an ensemble, says Fausa.
Kim Haugen is the director, while Bjarte Hjelmeland is the producer. Director Haugen says that the show is aimed at adults, teenagers and families.
– “Peter Pan goes to hell” is suitable for anyone who wants to laugh and enjoy a wild performance, which must not be confused with the original Peter Pan children’s show at all, he says.
Only good words about each other
The performance will stage the classic tale of Peter Pan, but with a slight twist. However, not everything in the plot goes according to plan, says the press release about the play.
“In the performance, the audience meets an awkward but warm-hearted group of amateur actors who will together stage the classic tale of Peter Pan, but even before the curtain has gone up they run into problems. Soon they have become entangled in an inextricable tangle of stage technical problems, flying mishaps and madness, while at the same time trying to complete the popular show against all odds,” the message elaborates.
– It is a joy to work with Atle (Antonsen journ. note), so I am really looking forward to it, says Fausa.
– I send everything straight back to Trond, he is a brilliant guy and absolutely fabulously funny. But fortunately that applies to the entire group that is involved. There are many people here that I look up to, says Antonsen.
