(Elbil24): Car sales are slow by the day, both in Norway and Europe. If the trend we have seen so far this year continues, it may be that the total electric car sales for 2024 will land south of 100,000 cars, which are catastrophic figures for the car industry.
Tesla down to 16th place
The advantage for private individuals is that it becomes a buyer’s market and good opportunities to save money, where one dealer after another cuts prices, whether it is very low promotional interest rates on loans and leasing or just pure price cuts.
At any rate, we see a drastic price cut on the large sedan BYD Han, which Mobile has now chosen to reduce by a whopping NOK 160,000. The offer does apply to a limited number of stock cars, but the advantage is that they can be delivered quite quickly.
This lowers the price from NOK 690,000 to NOK 530,000. That’s a very attractive price for a large sedan with four-wheel drive, just over 50 miles of range and 0-100 in less than four seconds, if you ask us.
