Mentor Yosef, who has Adele on his team, said he was most impressed that she was able to break her own personal barriers and frames.
– This was so delicious. I was so scared earlier in the week when Yosef said I had to go higher, but I thought if he has faith in me, then I should also have faith in me, Adele said right after the performance.

Adele advanced from the audition after performing “Who You Are” by Jessie J, before advancing in both duels with the songs “Ultralight Beam” by Kanye West and “Anyone” by Demi Lovato.
