(Bayern Munich – Real Madrid 2-2) Harry Kane (30) was tried to be psyched out by his own countryman, Jude Bellingham (20).

Wednesday 1 May at 10:07 a.m

It was a thrilling semi-final in Tuesday’s Champions League match between Bayern Munich and Real Madrid. Just after the break, Leroy Sané equalized at 1-1 and a few minutes later the home team were awarded a penalty kick when Jamal Musiala was fouled.

The penalty taker was of course Harry Kane, who has bagged goals in all competitions in his first season at the German club, but the 43rd goal of the season really tried to put an end to the shooting star Bellingham.

During the match, the situation was not seen on TV 2’s broadcast, but afterwards images have appeared showing that Bellingham is the only Real Madrid player who walks over and tries to say a few words to the Bayern striker. He gets no reaction from Kane, before referee Clément Turpin tells him to go away.

– I don’t know what he said, I saw him mutter something or other. I have to talk to him about what he actually said, says Kane https://twitter.com/footballontnt/status/1785421803105436064 after the match.

The Englishman was safe from the chalk mark and sent Bayern into the lead in the match.

– At that moment I’m just in my own zone. I just try to block everything out. I’m sure he tried to say something to put me off, but fortunately it went well for me, says Kane.

Both Kane and Bellingham are among England’s most central players when they enter the European Championship in Germany this summer. Although many thought it was not a problem, there are more https://twitter.com/footballontnt/status/1785420931101290857 who has reacted to the young talent trying to psych out what is his captain of the national team.

“What a lack of respect for the England captain”.

“I don’t understand why Bellingham would do that to Kane at any time, and especially not just a few weeks before the European Championship.”

“It’s just embarrassing from Jude”.

But if Spanish journalist Guillem Balague is to be believed, there is no bad blood between the two because of the situation.

On https://twitter.com/GuillemBalague/status/1785427603597197628 he writes that in the penalty situation Bellingham is said to have said: “You are going to shoot to the left”. Furthermore, he writes that Kane is said to have asked Bellingham in the dressing room after the match: “What did you say?”. Bellingham reportedly responded by laughing after realizing Kane didn’t hear him.

The match in Munich ended 2-2 in the end, the return match in Madrid is on Wednesday next week.
