National team coach Tobias Johansson is taking 25 players to the ice hockey World Cup in Prague, where NHL star Mats Zuccarello is making a World Cup comeback.

As expected, the NHL star’s name was included in the squad that was presented at the Olympiatoppen on Monday. It is Zuccarello’s first World Cup since 2016 in Moscow.
He and fullback Johannes Johannesen, who has been busy with play-offs for the Finnish Lahti Pelicans, will join the Norwegian squad in Prague. So do USA pros Emil Martinsen Lilleberg and Mathias Emilio Pettersen, who are still playing in the playoffs in the AHL.
