Spreads nude pictures of Norwegian girls

– It could be your friend, your lover, your uncle, your neighbour. There are members of all ages, from all over Norway, says “Member X” to Dagbladet.

She is talking about a closed forum on the messaging service Telegram, where thousands of photos and videos are shared between nearly 9,000 members. The group is for Norwegians.

The pictures and videos that are spread are mostly of scantily clad or naked Norwegian girls and women. What appear to be private photos are also shared by several of Norway’s biggest celebrities.

Most images are shared without the consent of the person pictured.

Dagbladet is not part of the forum, but has gained access to and reviewed several thousand screenshots and several hours of screen recordings from the inside. We choose not to write the name of the group, because it is still active.

– It is obvious that the girls in the pictures have trusted the people they have sent them to, says “Member X”.

– But you can’t trust anyone.

She is a Norwegian woman, who runs an account on OnlyFans. She has been anonymised for security reasons, but Dagbladet knows her identity.

– There are sneak pictures into changing rooms, there are videos of naked girls sleeping. I am shocked and sorry for all girls and women. It is an abuse, says “Member X” about what she has seen in the forum.

According to Dagbladet’s information, the police have investigated the nude forum over a period of time. Dagbladet has been in contact with the police district that has the case. They will not comment on the matter at this time.

– A spy

It was at the end of March that she heard that there was a forum where many people shared stolen OnlyFans content. OnlyFans gives subscribers exclusive access to photos and videos and is mainly used for sharing pornographic content.

“Member X” wanted to join to see if her content was shared.

The first thing that met her were the group’s rules. They are few, but clear:

“Here, Norwegian girls are only allowed to share. Everything else leads to a ban (eviction, journal note)! All members must contribute by sharing videos/photos, otherwise you will be auto-banned.”

She couldn’t find pictures of herself.

Instead, she found tens of thousands of other photos and videos, which were taken from many places other than OnlyFans.

Most of the photos were of ordinary Norwegian women and girls, and were not taken in a professional context. Often there were screenshots from Snapchat, sneak pictures or photos taken in private settings, she says.

Often you can see the full username of the girl who sent the snap.

Dagbladet has seen content in the form of highly sexual, private videos and photos that appear to have been taken from under door cracks. A lot of drug content is also shared.

“Member X” claims she is in the group, among other things, to inform women and girls whose photos are being spread. She is still involved in the forum, she says.

– I’m a spy in there.

Despite the fact that she herself says she does not share photos in the forum, and thus breaks the group rules, she has not been kicked out.

– I think the admin says it so that more people will send more pictures.

Have reported

“Member X” contacted several of her OnlyFans colleagues, whom she has identified in photos in the forum. Now several of them have formed a cover group, where they document and observe the forum.

Some of these women have even had pictures of themselves shared in the forum. Others join because they feel a responsibility, says “Member X”.

– I feel I have to use my platform to help the girls who don’t do OnlyFans.

So far they have identified and tracked down several of the girls, of whom pictures have been unwittingly shared, she says.

– We wish we could help all the girls in there. Several have told us that they took the photos when they were younger and didn’t know any better.

Dagbladet has spoken to several of the women whose photos have been shared. They tell of sleepless nights, anxiety and fear.

Several of the girls inform Dagbladet that they have reported the case.

Divides girls into categories

The forum is primarily a chat. Dagbladet has seen pictures and videos of the chat, which is very active with many messages per hour.

The members encourage each other to send photos. Several request photos of named girls, or from specific areas in Norway. Many people ask for pictures of girls under the age of 18.

They constantly express dissatisfaction if they believe that too much content from OnlyFans is shared.

Some write that they only want what they call “amateur pictures”, i.e. girls who do not do nude pictures professionally.

The images in the forum are divided into categories, so that members can easily navigate to the content they want. Most of the pictures Dagbladet has seen are so-called “amateur pictures”, especially from Snapchat.

VIP access

Members are given the option to save content every Sunday.

– I have seen people send pictures of their girlfriends, and they justify it by saying that they had no other pictures to share, says Member X.

You can also pay for “VIP access”, which cost NOK 250 when Dagbladet checked. Here, the administrator in the group promises that you will get more and more exclusive pictures of the girls.

Dagbladet is not part of the forum, nor has it purchased so-called VIP access.

Based on information Dagbladet has seen from the chat, it is likely that the money for membership goes to the administrator of the forum.

– I think he runs this account to make money. He doesn’t care that he’s teaching young boys that this is okay. He doesn’t care that the women who are shared may be traumatized or harassed, says “Member X”.

Offers, competitions and drugs

Dagbladet has seen that the administrator arranges photo competitions with cash prizes. We have also seen that people have tried to sell drugs in the group.

The administrator also has a number of “offers” on larger packages of photos and videos.

Links to other forums are also shared in the chat. One of the forums that Dagbladet has seen being shared is intended for the sharing of child abuse material.

– When you click on the profile of users, you can see which groups they are in. Many of the members are in many of the other forums as well, claims “Member X”.

However, at the end of April, the administrator stopped sending messages in the chat. He was previously very active, and several members noticed that he no longer sent messages.

“Where’s admin? A lot of child porn that is being broadcast now»writes one of the members.

Several people began to speculate and advised each other to delete the app and their user.

In the chat, however, it is mentioned several times that they have other reserve forums. One of the reserve forums Dagbladet has seen had almost 3,000 members.

The forum still exists as of May 9, but its name has changed.
