Ulvin comes from the position of head of development at Storebrand Asset Management.

Tore Ulvin has been hired as the new manager of the project development department (PU) in Insenti, according to a press release.

Managing director Christian Molt Rise in Insenti talks about many applications and a thorough process to find the right candidate.

– Ulvin has solid experience from both the developer and consultant side of the industry, as well as the fact that he has exciting ideas about how we can develop our services and our position in the market, she says.

Tore Ulvin has been in Storebrand Asset Management for just over 13 years, and will take over in August from Karoline Hasselgård, who is stepping down from the management position of her own accord to pursue the role of project manager.

– From a developer’s perspective, you need resources that help to continuously lift the projects. You have to think commercially and be close all the way to create the best projects for builders, tenants and users. I have a lot to contribute here, he says and continues:

– We must add value to the client through good advice. We must equip ourselves by staying close to market trends, the digitization journey, looking at new market areas, as well as developing people and teams that work optimally together. The client, together with good project managers and advisers, must solve future projects in a better way.
