In a new video, a soldier from the 200th brigade, originally from Pechenga on the border with Norway, talks about Russian commanders executing their own soldiers.

“The situation is difficult. My own people want to shoot me,” says the desperate soldier in a video he sent to his girlfriend from his mobile phone. The young soldier identifies himself with his full name, military number, military rank and position at the front line.

In the video, which has been posted on Telegram, he tells how he was forced back into the trenches after refusing to obey orders.

“In our 200th Brigade, 3rd Battalion, 9th Company, this happens regularly. They bury them in the bogs,” he says in the five-minute long video recording.
