Ingvar Alstad and Trine Alstad go their separate ways. The latter confirms this to TV 2.
“We can confirm that it is over, but do not want to comment on it any further in view of others involved,” writes Trine in an SMS to the website.
Hitting back at the breakup rumours
The couple found love on TV in “The hunt for love” in 2017 and in July two years later they gave each other the yes.
The following year they became parents.
After the “Jakten” recording, they have undoubtedly achieved a lot, with both an engagement and a wedding.
The TV farmer has previously revealed to Se og Hør that the courtship was well planned in advance. The couple were on holiday in northern Norway when he decided to get down on one knee. He was extra inspired when the sun peeked out while they were out walking.
– I am open to love
When the couple got married, over 130 guests were present to witness the great occasion. Among those invited was the former “The hunt for love” presenter Katarina Flatland, who led the season when Ingvar and Trine met.
– I told Katarina that if she found a lady for me that I wanted to marry, she should be invited to the wedding. I have to keep my promise, the farmer told me before the wedding.
Ingvar and Trine were among the “Jakten” couples in their season that really melted the hearts of TV viewers.
The two were not afraid to show their emotions on the TV screen, and the duo surprised, among other things, by letting the cameras into the bedroom when Ingvar was visiting Trine’s home.
