That’s what Christina Sengsvoll, new head of the TV department at Visjon Norge, says. One of the first tasks she has tackled is to search for new people with expertise for the technical department and people on sound.
– The activity does not stop if someone quits. And in a company there is always someone who moves on to other tasks, says Sengsvoll. – We are looking for people with experience from TV productions, and in particular live productions, multi-camera productions and experience from OB productions.
Christina Sengsvoll also urges people with experience in sound to apply for TV Visjon Norge. This applies to people with knowledge and experience from TV, but also from sound and stage.
– We are constantly looking for people with the right attitude and expertise, both in terms of technical personnel and photographers, says Christina Sengsvoll.
It’s a very hectic everyday life at TV Visjon Norge. Two live broadcasts almost every day characterize many of the production personnel, “Midt på dagen” from 12 to 14 from Tuesday to Friday and “Studio Direkte” from 20 to 23 every day.
In addition, several recordings of productions are made, either in the studio or outside the TV building in Mjøndalen.
Since its inception in 2003, TV Visjon Norge has been particularly concerned with live TV and has been given the opportunity to produce a number of conferences and events at home and abroad. This is something that is still highly valued by Norway’s largest Christian TV channel.
