Now comes glorious news, literally. In just a few days, large parts of the country will get sunshine and temperatures of up to 20 degrees.

– Now we have to get through the weekend, and then we can enjoy the nice weather days for the week. In southern Norway, there will be a lot of sun.
The good news comes from state meteorologist Ingrid Bentsen. When the weekend is over, most of Southern Norway will feel little summer vibes.
And it doesn’t stop there:
– It can be up to 20 degrees in Southern and Eastern Norway and Western Norway, she adds.
The nice weather already arrives on Tuesday, and in the coming days it only seems to get better, according to Bentsen:
– Wednesday and Thursday look the warmest.
High temperatures will also be felt in Møre and Romsdal and Trøndelag, says Bentsen. There, on the other hand, you have to settle for around 15 degrees.
Maybe it will be the first day this year we see the 20s on the scale? So far, the hottest temperature has been recorded in Lier, with 19.7 degrees Celsius, according to the Meteorological Institute at X.

If we are to believe the forecasts, there is not much wind to be felt in the coming week either.
– There are mostly calm wind conditions, so it will probably feel good, says meteorologist Bentsen.
– But how safe is this really?
– That the temperature will rise is relatively certain. The uncertainty is cloud cover and possible showers.
Precipitation may occur. The local showers, on the other hand, it is difficult to say where and when they hit.
However, those in the north of the country are not as lucky.
– There will be some precipitation there from time to time, and the temperatures will be significantly lower than in southern Norway.
In the north, the protractor will show approximately 10 degrees, adds Bentsen.
