Influencer couple bought house with “renovation needs” for 21 million – E24

– This will be fantastic. It is not easy to find the right one, when we are a large family of six and an au pair, says influencer Sebastian Solberg.

Together with their partner Nikoline Anundsen, they have now bought a detached house in Bærum for NOK 21.5 million.

The home of 267 square meters is on a large plot of land, and is “in need of renovation”, according to the property advertisement.

– Do you have big plans for renovations?

– We are already in the process of renovation. So we’ll see, says Solberg to E24.

He explains that both he and his partner grew up “in the country”, and that this is why they are now choosing to move from Oslo to Bærum.

– We have four children. And now we want to give them the same upbringing that we had. When you live outside the city, it is easier to be able to send them off by bike to school and on leisure activities earlier, says the influencer.

Solberg says that they chose Bærum because they can then get out of the city, without losing city life completely.

In the last episode of their podcast, the couple revealed that they had bought a new home. There they also said that they had been looking for a while before they ended up with the Bærum home.

– We have put in a couple of shame bids. It’s okay to try in these times, says Solberg.

But he also explains that it has not been easy to find the right home.

In 2020, the couple bought a house on Ullern in Oslo for 13 million, which they have renovated and will now sell.
