We want an analytical and commercial investment analyst who is able to form his own opinions, and who wants to develop further. You will report to the Investment Director and work in a team with portfolio managers for unlisted markets and real estate.
OPF manages broadly diversified portfolios in various asset classes. About a third is invested in property, infrastructure, unlisted shares (private equity) and unlisted debt (private debt). The property portfolio ranges from direct and indirect ownership to fund shares. Private equity and infrastructure portfolios consist of both funds and direct investments globally.
Central tasks:
- Assessment, analysis/modelling of investment opportunities within
1. private equity and private debt
2. property, infrastructure and adjacent capital-intensive industry - Assist portfolio managers in the execution of transactions
- Follow-up of investments and internal reporting, which includes ESG
- Contribution across the investment team
Desired competence:
- Expertise in fundamental analysis
- Knowledge of unlisted markets (private markets) and property as asset classes
- Experience from the capital market; private equity, investment banking, asset management, consulting/transactions in audit companies or the like
- Solid financial theoretical insight and a good understanding of risk
- Relevant education at master’s level with good results
- Preferably programming experience (R/matlab/VBA/Python or similar)
