On Instagram, the reality couple announces that they have had a son.

– We welcomed our baby boy Ralf into this world on Monday 6 May. Everyone is happy and healthy and we had a great birth, they write.

They describe the newborn son as “such a sweet little guy who fills our lives with love from the very beginning.”

The couple promises to share the more detailed story in time. At the moment, they are adjusting to their new life as parents.

– We are so in love with him, conclude the happy parents.

Already five weeks ago, Amanda confided that she was carrying a little boy.

13 months, to be exact, have passed since the Swedish pastor’s daughter (35) and French-born Sergio (38) entered each other’s lives – with TV cameras in tow.

And three months ago, when “Love is Blind” went on the air on Netflix, the two created intense engagement.

The couple got engaged – that is, without having met. And only weeks later they carried out the wedding plans.

Amanda and Sergio have since documented both their marriage and pregnancy through their own YouTube channel and Amanda’s Instagram.

They appear very happy, secure and in love.

«I am so curious about who you are», wrote Amanda to the unborn child two weeks ago.

«But we know you have some hair, probably because you look like dad. I was bald until I was one year old.»

She also informed that the child will become bilingual (Swedish and French)

«Your dad thinks we’ll be able to keep you away from both sugar and computer screens, but your mum thinks we’ll cheat a bit.”

Turbulent start

Both the check-in period before they were face to face, and the phase afterwards, were characterized by some uneasiness.

Sergio admitted to both Amanda and the TV viewers that he had lived a “pretty wild life”.

Many TV viewers commented on social media that they “felt sorry” for Christian Amanda, who they thought was too gullible.

Sergio, for his part, was labeled as “a walking red flag” and “immature”.

– Maybe I am more patient and more forgiving than many others, but I don’t want to change that. So you don’t need to leave negative comments, Amanda told her Instagram followers.

Amanda has received questions from followers about what it has been like to be pregnant with scoliosis.

– I don’t know what a normal back feels like, but I don’t think it’s that different? At the same time, it pushes here and there, at bad points. So maybe that hair to do with it, she replied a few weeks ago.

Had a baby before

The child is the first for Amanda, but Sergio already has a child of just over a year.

Before the wedding, TV viewers were privy to rumors that Sergio had impregnated another woman in Barcelona shortly before the telecast. However, this was never made clear to viewers until the reunion episode.

Before existed namely another child – not in Barcelona, ​​but in Sweden.

And this child was born before the TV taping, allegedly without Sergio himself knowing about it. Only shortly after the wedding did he and Amanda find out about it.
