Fredrik Eklund, Swedish star broker, sells the house for 108 million

Swedish Fredrik Eklund (46), known from “Million dollar listing”, is now luring buyers with pictures of his own “perfect” house.

Fredrik Eklund is the ex-porn star who became New York’s best real estate agent.

For years, TV viewers have seen him sell luxury homes in New York and Los Angeles.

Now it is his own home in Beverly Hills, Eklund will get rid of, i.e. the house he shares with his artist husband Derek Kaplan (49), their twin children and Kaplan’s son from a previous relationship.

«We love this house so much, and put our heart and soul – and a lot of money – into the renovation and design», he writes to his 1.4 million followers on Instagram.

«The new price is $9.9 million», he states – a sum that corresponds to just over 108 million Norwegian kroner.

He shares a number of photos and tempts, among other things, with eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

In the property advertisement, Eklund writes that the house is “perfection on a large plot of land”.

Has moved

Eklund announced last summer that the family planned to leave California in favor of Miami, Florida. They have already managed to establish themselves there.

The Swede, who is also a producer and actor, revealed on Instagram on Wednesday that he has bought himself a new car as a birthday present – a pink Rolls-Royce.

The Norwegian football star Erling Haaland (23) has a similar car – a Cullinan. The smile should have a price tag of over six million.

«What shall we call her? Only wrong answers win», he writes jokingly.

Eklund turns 47 tomorrow, Friday.
