Several blocks of flats and civilian infrastructure have been destroyed in the attack, the authorities report. In addition to four people, a dog has been killed.
The Ukrainian politician Oleksiy Honcharenko reports on Twitter that Russia has used cluster bombs in the attack.

The Ukrainian Air Force warned that ballistic missiles were on the way before the attack hit. Videos from several angles also show a building in flames:
Reuters writes that at least eight people have been injured.
Cluster munitions are bombs that open several meters above the ground, and which spread a significant number of explosives over a large area. There was a similar attack that killed 58 people in Kramatorsk in February last year.
