Was the umpire correct to eject Freddy Peralta?
Brewers reporter Curt Hogg and host JR Radcliffe discuss the decision to eject and suspend Freddy Peralta on this week’s ‘Microbrew’ podcast
KANSAS CITY – In an attempt to get the game in before impending storms that have been forecast, time for first pitch between the Milwaukee Brewers and Kansas City Royals at Kauffman Stadium has been moved up 30 minutes to 6:10 pm
The Brewers, seeking to snap a two-game losing streak, send Bryse Wilson (2-1, 3.00) to the mound to face left-hander Cole Ragans (2-2, 3.44).
Milwaukee also made several roster moves prior to the game. Right-hander Kevin Herget was recalled from Class AAA Nashville, Janson Junk was optioned out and Jakob Junis was transferred to the 60-day injured list.
Additionally, Freddy Peralta begins serving his five-game suspension on Monday.
