Appeal deadline for Kjerkol

The recently resigned health minister Ingvild Kjerkol (Ap) has until today to appeal the decision that her master’s thesis has been cancelled. The decision can be appealed to the national body Felles klagenmnd. Earlier this month, Kjerkol had to resign after her master’s thesis from 2021 was rejected for cheating and plagiarism by Nord University.

The king of Kongsberg

King Harald and Queen Sonja are visiting Kongsberg today on the occasion of the town’s 400th anniversary. This will be the king’s first mission out on tour after being sick. Last week, the 87-year-old king was back at work, and the Palace announced at the same time that from now on he will work less due to his age.

Trond-Viggo receives a royal award
