FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Arkansas baseball and LSU will face off this weekend for a top-10 showdown inside Baum Walker Stadium.

The No. 1 Razorbacks (20-3, 5-1 SEC) and No. 7 Tigers (20-6, 2-4) will open a three-game set Thursday night. Arkansas has a sweep over Missouri and a series win against Auburn already on its SEC ledger.

LSU lost both of its first two series in the league, falling on the road to Mississippi State and at home against Florida. The Tigers won just one game during both weekends.

Both teams announced changes to their weekend rotations Wednesday. Arkansas is swapping Mason Molina and Brady Tygart, moving Tygart to Saturday’s series finale so he can get some extra rest. Molina will pitch Friday night in game two.

Molina’s opponent on the mound will be LSU ace Luke Holman, who will not throw in the series opener with the Tigers having a shortened week of preparation. Holman typically starts on Friday nights, and the Tigers will keep him there for this series. LSU has not announced who its starting pitcher will be for game one.
