Bodø/Glimt now confirms VG’s information from earlier Wednesday.

– It feels very strange to leave Bodø/Glimt, because it is a club and a city that I have grown to love. Things may not have turned out quite as I imagined when I came back from Germany, but overall I look back in a fantastic time in Bodø, says Marius Lode to glimt.no.

On Wednesday evening, the clubs agreed and Lode will become a Häcken player.

– I will be a keen Glimt supporter and will always cheer for Glimt. I have built up quite good friendships in the club, but also outside. It is one of the toughest things about leaving, that you leave the network I have gained in the city, says Lode.

A requirement for releasing Lode must also be that Glimt wants to bring in a replacement. According to what VG knows, the club is now working to bring in Danish Villads Nielsen (19) from Nordsjælland. With Lode out, there are now many indications that the Bodøværing are approaching an agreement with the Danes.

Glimt will be in concrete negotiations with the Danish club.

The 19-year-old has eight international matches for Denmark and played the entire match when Denmark beat Portugal 2-0 on Tuesday.

Earlier on Wednesday, VG could tell that Patrick Berg and Bodø/Glimt are in negotiations for a new contract.
