LATEST: A man in his late 40s has died. The man is from Telemark, the police say.
The accident happened in connection with what the police refer to as a social group in Seljord.

The accident happened in a business area a little outside Seljord town centre. The social team has been private and has not been managed by any of the companies in the area.
– At 2234 an accident was reported in which one person has unfortunately died. The police are carrying out crime scene investigations and investigating the incident to find out what happened. Relatives have now been notified. Those involved have been taken care of, writes operations manager Eskil Hagen Olsen in the police’s press log.
Mini tractor
Furthermore, Hagen Olsen reports that one person has been charged in the case.
– One person is charged with contributing to the accident. The matter will not be commented on further as of now, he writes on Saturday morning.
At X, the police write that there has been an accident with a mini tractor.
– One hypothesis in the investigation so far is that a person has been hit by a mini tractor. A person is charged with having contributed to the accident under Section 3 of the Road Traffic Act.
