– It is boring that someone does this. It is not very good behaviour, says Kristoffer Sivertsen, municipal council member for Frp in Stavanger to Dagbladet.

During the night, the premises of the party in the center of Stavanger have been tagged with a number of messages.

“Damn racists” and “Go to hell” are among the messages written on the walls of the party premises.

It was Stavanger Aftenblad that mentioned the case first.

There are also several outcomes against leader of the Progress Party’s Youth (Fpu) Simen Velle:

“Simen Velle få deg dama (sic)” is one of the messages. “Simen Velle can’t get pussy” is another.

Considering reporting

Sivertsen is not impressed by the statements.

– People can think what they want about the FRP, but you don’t have to commit vandalism against a venue in the city center – or get personal against Simen Velle, he says.

Sivertsen says that the party has not reported the tagging yet, but that this is being considered.

– We experienced vandalism against our election campaign center after the election last year, so we reported it, he says.

Velle: – Least artistic

Simen Velle tells Aftenbladet that he would have preferred a little more sparkle in his eye when he is criticized.

– Of all the coddling I’ve experienced, this is perhaps the least artistic. I have no problem with someone criticizing me, but I prefer someone who has a little more sparkle in their eye than this, says the Fpu politician to the newspaper.

Dagbladet has tried to reach Velle for a comment, so far without a reply.

– There are many constructive channels to get your point of view across. Tagging and vandalism is not one of them. I have been exposed to much cooler criticism with a twinkle in the eye than this, says Velle to Stavanger Aftenblad.
