After low temperatures last week, summer is finally coming to visit Southern Norway.
During the week, a high pressure will build up over southern Norway, which will provide more stable and drier weather.
Towards the weekend it will also be a little warmer.
– Especially Thursday and Friday will be good. Then we will probably quickly get temperatures above 20 degrees in some places, says meteorologist Ingvild Villa.
Over 20 degrees are expected in both Western and Eastern Norway.
Spring is on the way in many parts of the country.

In Trøndelag and Møre and Romsdal there will be a little more variable cloud cover, but the temperatures can be up to 18 degrees.
– There is certainly something reminiscent of summer there too, says Villa.
Cooler next week
April has offered a lot of different weather, with both hot and cold temperatures.
According to the meteorologist, it is common for large contrasts in the spring months.
– At we get a taste of summer in April and the beginning of May is not unusual. And then it can quickly go back to a slightly cooler and more spring-like atmosphere again, says Villa.
And cooler weather could already be here next week
The weather is more uncertain next week.
– It’s starting to get a little uncertain as we move towards the end of the week. As it looks now, it will be mainly good weather until this week.
The start of next week may be a little cooler, but next week is still a bit uncertain
And then it will be a little cooler at the start of next week. But the uncertainty is a bit big as we move into the next week.
Gray weather in the north
In Northern Norway, slightly more changeable weather is expected.
It has been very nice in large parts of northern Norway now in the last few days, mduring Monday and Tuesday some precipitation is expected from the south.
Over the course of the week there will be more clouds and gray weather.
– The weather must be lright here. Not particularly much wind or precipitation, but not good weather either, says the meteorologist.
The exception is in the very south of Nordland, where it can be up to 15 degrees.
– Tuesday and Wednesday look best for them.
