The American rapper is now in dire straits after it became official that one of her former employees is suing her. The lawsuit was filed in court in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
According to NBC News, the lawsuit states that photographer Emilio Garcia is making the accusations.
He claims the artist held him captive inside a moving vehicle while she had sex with a woman in front of him.
Shortly after the incident, Stallion allegedly threatened Garcia, telling him not to tell anyone about the incident.

– The harassment was so serious and pervasive that it created a hostile and abusive work environment, which made Garcia’s working conditions unbearable, the lawsuit states.

Garcia started working for Stallion in 2018, and from 2019 to 2023 he was her personal photographer.
The incident in question is said to have happened during a trip to Ibiza in 2022, when the two were in an SUV with three other women after a night on the town. Megan then allegedly started having sex with one of the other women.
– I was uncomfortable. I froze and was shocked, says Garcia to NBC.
During the same Ibiza trip, the rapper is said to have created several uncomfortable situations for the photographer.
She allegedly called the colleague a “fat bitch”, and said “spit out your food” and “you don’t need to eat”.

Stallion’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, comes down hard on the accusations, saying they will deal with the matter in court.
– This is an employee who is demanding money, without filed lawsuits about sexual harassment, but rather accusations with the aim of humiliating her.
Entertainment group Roc Nation did not respond to NBC’s inquiries.
Six-digit amount
After his return from Ibiza, Garcia’s salary is said to have changed, and he hired Stallion less and less often for assignments. Before an assignment in 2023, he is said to have been told by Roc Nation that they no longer needed him.
Drama in court
The situation is said to have led to the photographer losing income and employee benefits, in addition to physical and psychological ailments. He allegedly suffered from both anxiety and depression as a result of the way he was treated at work.
Garcia encourages others in the industry to stand up for themselves.
– Emilio should never have been put in a situation where he had to be in the vehicle while she had sex with another woman. To call it inappropriate is an understatement. Exposing employees to this behavior is definitely illegal, says Garcia’s lawyer Ron Zambrano to NBC.
According to the channel, the photographer is demanding a six-figure sum in US dollars in compensation.
