Media: Britney Spears in basketball with her boyfriend at a luxury hotel in Los Angeles

The world-famous pop artist Britney Spears (42) and her boyfriend Paul Richard Soliz (37) are said to have ended up in what is reported to be a basket roof at a luxury hotel in Los Angeles in the USA.

It was late Wednesday night last week that an ambulance was sent to the famous hotel Chateau Marmont in the middle of Hollywood.

– We received an emergency call about an adult woman who had been injured. The caller did not have much information about the injuries. We sent one ambulance to the scene, says a spokesperson to the New York Post.

Pictures from the scene show the world-famous singer outside the hotel wearing a blanket while hugging a white pillow that presumably came from the hotel. Soliz is pictured next to Spears.

The ambulance is said to have remained at the scene until past one o’clock in the morning and Spears is said to have returned home with her security guards.

It is not known why the basketball fight between Spears and Soliz had allegedly occurred.

“Free Britney”

At the end of April, a court ruled that Britney Spears was finally “free” from the guardianship with her father that she had been under for several years.

Spears entered into a multi-million dollar settlement in court in Los Angeles to pay her father Jamie Spears’ legal fees and other costs.

After a lengthy legal battle, in November 2021 Spears had her father removed from her guardianship, where he had extensive control over her life and fortune, and she herself was allowed to choose a temporary replacement.

The father was appointed guardian in 2008 after she had several mental breakdowns. Spears claimed that her father abused the power he had over her, while he defends himself and says he only wanted the best for his daughter.

Shocked everyone

Spears made headlines around the world when she shaved off all the hair on her head in 2007. It all happened after a short stay at a drug addiction rehabilitation facility.

In the years that followed, the media speculated as to why Spears shaved off all her hair. In an excerpt from Spear’s autobiography “The Woman in Me”, which the magazine and celebrity website People has obtained, she mentions the reason for the shave.

– I had so many eyes on me growing up. I’ve been looked at everywhere, and had people tell me what they thought of my body, since I was a teenager. Shaving my head and acting out was my way of pushing back, Spears writes in the excerpt.

During the period it all took place, the star was under constant pursuit by the paparazzi. Spears also went through a divorce.
