Claims the West’s goal is to destroy Russia
In the feature, Kiselov commented on an article in Foreign Affairs magazine regarding Russian nuclear weapons and the war in Ukraine.
– Will Russia use nuclear weapons if NATO forces enter Ukraine to destroy Russia? There is a categorical answer to that question and it is yes, it will be done, Kiseljov said.
According to Kiselyov, the Russian conflict with the West has escalated to the point that it is now “a matter of life and death for Russia”.

– In the West, they say that their goal is to strategically defeat Russia. If it continues like this, Russia will have no choice but to use nuclear weapons because we cannot retreat, Kiselev said.
