Sporveien and Ruter notifies settings and changes. Ina Helen Østby in Sporveien informs Avisa Oslo that no trams will run over Frogner, Briskeby, Homansbyen or Rikshospitalen between 12.00 and 20.00 on Saturday.

Because the stage is set for the Holmenkoll relay on Saturday – and that leads to several changes in public transport.

– Everyone who is going to travel by public transport is encouraged to check travel information from Ruter, says communications advisor Ina Helen Østby in Sporveien.

In an overview from Ruter, it appears that these lines are affected, either with detours or settings:

Trams in the time period 11.00-20.00: 11, 12, 17, 18, 19

Bus in the time period 10.30-20.00: 20, 21, 25, 37, 40 (to be set), 45 (to be set), 46 (to be set)

Sets up temporary replacement lines

– Extra capacity is being put in on line 1 to get the runners and the public back to the center after the race, says Myhren-Haugen.

Two temporary lines are set up.

Line 40X will run Øvre Sogn – Smestad – Majorstuen, and will stop at the following stops: Øvre Sogn, Gaustadveien, Gaustad hospital, Rikshospitalet, Gaustad, Risbakken, Smestad, Heggeli, Borgen, Volvat, Majorstuen.

The first departure from Øvre Sogn is at 10.45, and the last departure is at 20.15, while the first departure from Majorstua is at 11:15 and the last departure is at 19:45.

Line 46X will run Ullerntoppen – Hovseter – Jarbakken – Voksen skog, and will stop at the following stops: Ullerntoppen, Aslakveien, Ostadalsveien, Hovseter T, Hovseter school, Hovseterhjemmet, Orebakken, Jarbakken, Nordre Jarbakken, Sagstua, Himstadplassen, Liabakken, Åsly, Grindbakken and Mature forest.

The first departure from Ullerntoppen to Voksen skog is at 11:00, and the last departure is at 19:30, while the first departure from Voksen skog to Ullerntoppen is at 10:40, and the last departure is at 19:40.

– If you are going to travel through the city centre, it is easiest to use the subway or the train. Travel planner and the Ruter app have been updated with the changes, says communications manager Cathrine Myhren-Haugen at Ruter.
