The former president of the United States, Donald Trump, will be in court for another day on Thursday in the much-discussed “money laundering case” in New York.

Trump has been indicted for violating the Accounting Act in connection with a payment of $130,000 from Trump’s then-lawyer Michael Cohen as “hush money” to porn actress Stormy Daniels in 2016.

The case is referred to in several media as historic, as a former American president has never been charged in a criminal trial before.

This is still not the only trial the former president is involved in on Thursday.

On Thursday morning local time, Trump met with both the press and his supporters in New York, where he complained that the “kickback case” prevents him from participating in court when the Supreme Court of the United States will consider the case of whether the former president has immunity from criminal prosecution for election influence.

The Supreme Court will hear party submissions in the case on Thursday. It is then expected that a decision will be made by the end of June.

– We have a big case today – this judge wouldn’t let me go, but we have a big case today in the Supreme Court about presidential immunity, a president has to have immunity, Trump said Thursday morning, according to ABC News.
