Child dead in Stockholm, Sweden. Suspect murder.

Two children have been found dead in a home in Södertälje outside Stockholm. The police suspect that the children have been killed, and two, a woman and a man, have been arrested and charged with murder.

The children were found lifeless in a home on Tuesday evening. According to Aftonbladet, the two who have been arrested are related to the children.

It was on Tuesday evening that the police went to a residential area in Södertälje after receiving a report of a violent incident. On Wednesday morning, the police announced that two children had died and that the case was being investigated as a homicide.

According to Aftonbladet, one of the arrested has been sent to hospital with serious injuries.

The police are sparse with information, but say that they are not looking for more perpetrators.

– I cannot say much more now, either about age, gender or what has happened beyond the fact that two minor children have died, says police spokesperson Per Fahlström.
