Filippa Toremo: – Shock reversal after pregnancy announcement

In November, the news came that the Swedish influencer Filippa Toremo (26) was expecting a child. The message, however, came with a small dispute; she didn’t know she was pregnant until week 23. That’s six months into the pregnancy.

Nor was she in a relationship with the child’s father.

She shared the message in an emotional post on Instagram. There she was also able to say that she thought it was irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). It is characterized by alternating bowel complaints such as flatulence, flatulence, diarrhoea, constipation and a feeling of incomplete emptying, according to the Directorate of Health.

Toremo had initially decided not to keep the child, but with a Swedish abortion law that does not make it possible to have an ordinary abortion after week 18, she did not have many options left. For a period she considered adopting the child.

At the end of February, little Todd was born, and now SVT Edit has made a documentary about Toremo, called “Gravid utan att veta”.

There she tells, among other things, that after several difficult rounds with herself, she decided to keep the child. And not only that, she has now also moved in with the child’s father.

The 26-year-old has chosen not to go out with who Todd’s father is, despite several speculations among followers. In the documentary, she says that the journey has not been easy for him either, and that the news came as a shock.

– We are really going to do this our way. It feels wonderful that he is actually involved, in a way, she says of the relationship, reproduced by Aftonbladet.

In the past, she has stated that they are friends, despite the fact that they have never been a couple.

However, just a few days after giving birth, she decided to make a U-turn. She has now moved from a one-room apartment to a larger apartment with the father of the child.

– It just happened, how sick is that? I thought I’ll do everything myself, and live in my studio. But then it got even better. It became a family in the end, she says.

Toremo’s pregnancy announcement came even after several negative pregnancy tests, and despite the fact that she was on birth control.

– What a damn rollercoaster it has been, but the good thing is that it turned out well in the end.
