Facundo Pellistri is currently on loan at Granada, now the 22-year-old hints at what the future looks like.
– I am constantly talking to Manchester United. “After every game I talk to representatives of the club,” Pellistri said in a radio interview with Uruguayan radio after Granada’s 3-0 win over Osasuna.
In the same interview, he adds the following about his United future.
– I’m not sure what I’m going to do when the La Liga season is over, but I’m sure I have to go back to Manchester to do my pre-season preparations there.
Since leaving on loan in January, Facundo Pellistri has contributed two goals and two assists in his ten appearances for the Spanish bottom team. Despite good performances against both Barcelona and Real Madrid, the United property has not been able to play Granada out of the bottom battle.
Since the winger arrived at United in 2020, he has made a modest 24 appearances with the United badge on his chest. The future will tell if he gets the opportunity to acquire even more games for the Red Devils.
Pellistri’s contract with United expires in the summer of 2025.
