Round games, Sports | Full disagreement in the studio: – I want to experience KBK in the cup final before I go to the grave!

--

– I’d be happy to take a “Pooh” and say yes, thank you both. But if I have to choose, I would much rather take one point against Ham Kam on Sunday than advance in the cup. That KBK stays in the Eliteserien is so incredibly important for the city and for Nordmøre, says Terje Wiik.

The podcast was created by Eirin Liabø Røbech, Rune Edøy and Trygve Strand Joakimsen for Tidens Krav.

The former chairman and sporting director of Kristiansund Ballklubb is a guest in the latest episode of Rundspilt, which covers, among other things, the 2-2 match against Strømsgodset, Wednesday’s cup match away against the same opponent, and the upcoming series round at home against HamKam.

Edøy of course agrees that scoring points in the Eliteserien is extremely important, but TK’s sports manager does not give in that he believes that KBK should do everything possible and give the cup the highest priority.

– I want to experience KBK at Ullevaal before I go to the grave! says Edøy.

Puts the Binni case to rest

Player numbers and how well/badly KBK is occupied with players – especially defensively on the pitch – will also be a topic in Rundspilt episode number six.

While Edøy is crystal clear that the ranks are too thin, Wiik believes that KBK coach Amund Skiri is good at “watering” the players at his disposal – and that the inexperienced youngsters will make huge strides when they get the chance .

Brynjolfur Willumsson will once again be a hot topic of conversation: the Icelander made his mark on the scoring list and played a good game against Godset, and in many ways made up for the penalty steal in the previous series round. Now the Binni case is put to rest.

– Binni is an incredibly cool guy. It must be allowed to say, states Edøy.

You will hear all this, and much more – including Terje Wiik’s book project coming out next summer – in this week’s Rundspilt.
