– We constantly receive uplifting feedback on the efforts put into the TV channel. When we meet the public out there, we get confirmation that the opinions are correct, says presenter Astri Weber Gellein Laurendz.
She is, together with her husband Tomm Laurendz and the channel’s manager Jan Hanvold, to meet in the future during the viewer and partner meetings. In the next round, it is the congregation “Klippen” in Sandnes that is in charge. The event takes place on Wednesday 17 April at 19:00. The registration deadline is Monday 15 April.

Laurendz says that they expect 150 guests for the event in Sandnes and justifies this with a high density of viewers and partners in the area. Many have also already become involved in prayer groups and in a practical way by ordering catering to ensure a well-executed evening. She is also very satisfied that the attendance is made up of people of all ages and walks of life. In common, they often state that Visjon Norge has been given the status of their only “congregation”.
– The main factor at these meetings is joy. It means a lot to viewers and partners that we are interested in meeting them to hear what is on their hearts. But then there are also many people with various illnesses who turn up at the meetings. It is about the fact that we have been so clear that we set aside plenty of time for intercessory prayer. It is important to us, she says and adds that her husband Tomm also prepares a powerpoint for the meetings documenting the channel’s ongoing work.
– It helps to document everything that the donors’ resources go to, says Astri Weber Gellein Laurendz, who last year was also in the Faroe Islands with partner and viewer meetings. TV Visjon Norge has many viewers on the archipelago.
And then the trip to Finnmark. Distances do not prevent Vision Norway’s representatives from visiting the people. So now it is “Klippen” in Sandnes that is up for grabs.
