Actress Ida Elise Broch (35) is currently playing the role of Nini Haslund Gleditsch in Viaplay’s new Norwegian major venture “The Golden Transport”.

Despite her character both swiping through dating apps and going on speed dates in the first season, Broch finds such things embarrassing.
In September, the actress told Dagbladet that she has been single for a year and a half, which is the longest Broch has been single.

Although the actress is adept at dating in the Netflix series, she’s a bit more skeptical of the concept in real life.
It comes out when she is asked if she is currently dating.
– I think that’s petty, I don’t want to do that. Now is not the time for that, replies Broch.
Injured during filming
Fellow actor Jon Øigarden (51), who plays opposite Broch in both “Gulltransporten” and the new Christmas series “Julestorm”, is present during the interview. He fires in a follow-up question to Broch.
– So you’re not on Tinder? asks Øigarden
– No, you’re crazy, how small is that? responds Broch.

As mentioned, there are several people who remember Broch’s role as Johanne in “Home to Christmas”. She herself has stated on several occasions that she thinks it was wrong for Netflix to cut the Christmas series, which so many international viewers were captivated by.

At the latest two weeks ago, she stated to Nettavisen that she is still working to get a third season of “Home for Christmas”.
In front of Se og Hør, Broch tells that she would like at least one more season to be made.

– I never give up. I think it’s a shame that there wasn’t at least one more season. A bouquet of three roses is slightly prettier than one of two. I think the series has a lot going for it. But as a small plaster on the wound, there is now a new Christmas series with the same director, me and Jon Øigarden.
