Hollywood star Kate Hudson (45) and older brother Oliver Hudson (47) were only one and four years old when their biological father, Bill Hudson (74), left the family.
Their famous mother, Goldie Hawn (78), soon found happiness with fellow actor Kurt Russell (73) and he took the children in as his own. Russell already had a son Boston (44), and together with Hawn he also had a son Wyatt (37).

While Kate and Oliver constantly praise Kurt Russell in both interviews and social media, they have never hidden the fact that they have had a complicated relationship with their biological father.
Sibling resemblance
The duo also have three half-siblings on their father’s side, about whom they have previously spoken openly, but now they also reveal that a few years ago they were suddenly contacted by yet another unknown brother.
– About eight years ago, we found out that we had a brother on dad’s side who was adopted away, says the “Almost Famous” star in the podcast “Sibling Revelry”, which she has with her brother, according to Us Weekly.
– Four siblings we never see
Furthermore, the 47-year-old shares that it was very accidental that they were introduced to each other. Paul, as the half-brother is called, had a happy upbringing with his adoptive parents and therefore had no desire to search for his original origins.
– It was actually his wife who insisted. She said to him, “I want to know what your story is. For our children and for you”. So he basically left it up to her.
The sibling duo say they still need to get to know their half-brother properly, but they reveal that physically he looks like a Hudson.
– He loves fishing, and so do I, reveals Oliver – before Kate adds:
– And his children are very creative and athletic. It definitely fits the whole Hudson vibe.
Admits adultery: – No regrets
Bill Hudson had Paul as a 16-year-old and therefore had to adopt his first-born son. In addition, there must also be a possibility that he has another unknown child.
