Desta Marie Beeder will separate the presenter role and private life.

Program host Desta Marie Beeder (36) is not a foreign face to the public. Many wake up to see her on “Good morning Norway”, or see her later in the day in “Rydderevolusjonen”.

But that still doesn’t mean she wants to share everything she does at all times. Recently, she guested on the podcast “Robbery with Tone”, and there she reveals that she is a little afraid of just that.

– I’m not very happy to share private things. I have a little desire to show that you can be a presenter without sharing everything. That it’s a job you can have, you can also log off a bit, she says in the podcast.

The presenter says that she fears that the TV viewers will think more about something she has shared about herself, instead of focusing on the interview itself.

– We tell a little about things and things in “Good morning Norway”, but perhaps not so much about thoughts and feelings. I think it’s a little creepy.

When Beeder worked as a weather forecaster on TV 2 earlier in her career, she met her husband of six years, Boris Klyve (34) at work. She still doesn’t share much about her husband.

– It has a lot to do with him and being private, and I’m actually happy about that. There was a point where I thought it would be a bit fun if we could attend more things together, but then someone said to me “remember he’s married to you despite because you are on TV, and not because you are on TV”. Then I think that it is much better after all.

The 36-year-old still has her “work husband”, co-presenter Espen Fiveland (50), whom she can take with her on the red carpet. According to her, her actual husband thinks it’s just fine, as he likes himself best in the background.
