New Recreate company bankrupt | Finansavisen

--

RCR Facility Management, a subsidiary of Emil Eriksrød’s Recreate is bankrupt, reports Estate nyheter and Telemarksavisa.

The bankruptcy is the latest development after it became known in April that the Recreate group was declared bankrupt following a petition from the Swedish bank Norion.

Norion believed that Recreate was no longer able to meet its obligations. At the same time, Eriksrød worked to establish a new property company.

He owns over 50 percent of Recreate through his companies Rising Group and Rising Venture.

Account not delivered

RCR Facility Management has operated and managed Recreate’s properties and has a debt of NOK 6.6 million. Work is now underway to establish a new company that can take over the employees and buy out what is of value to the estate.

The first probate meeting in Telemark district court is 27 May. Several companies in the Recreate system are at risk of being forcibly dissolved as a result of failure to deliver annual accounts for 2022.

The auditor has withdrawn from these companies, and there is no scheduled court hearing in the Telemark district court for compulsory dissolution yet.
