On the night of April 14, Iran caught the world’s attention when the country sent several hundred missiles and drones at Israel. The attack was a response to an Israeli attack on the Iranian consulate in Damascus in Syria that killed seven Iranian officers.
In an interview with media linked to the media concert network Axel Springer, Israeli President Isaac Herzog is crystal clear that Iran poses a major threat.

He also mentions the country’s nuclear programme.
– Europe must wake up quickly. They don’t understand it.
– If you do not wake up and fight against the evil empire with the cooperation you have in NATO, Europe may end up paying the price in the future, claims Herzog.

Tension in the Middle East
