The plans for the zoning of Kristiansholm, Sandvikstorget and Rosegrenden
The purpose of the planning work is to strengthen a local center in Sandviken starting from Sandvikstorget and to facilitate public accessibility to the beach area. The main steps in the planning proposal are to restore Kristiansholm as an islet with a new free area close to the sea. The plan proposes that a planning and design competition be held for the stretch from Amalie Skrams vei, down Søndre Allmenning via Sandvikstorget to Kristiansholm.
