Brann strongly discourages supporters from buying tickets for the May 16 match against Sandefjord on the black market. The club points out that this is illegal.

Brann’s home game on football’s festive day was, as always, sold out in a very short time. Now the Bergen club has registered that many people both want to sell and buy tickets at far above market price.
On its own websites, Brann warns against being lured by this.
“Shortly after the open sale of tickets for the May 16 match against Sandefjord started, it was sold out, and there are many people trying desperately to secure tickets. Brann also knows that several people are offering to sell their place at a gross overprice,” the club writes in a statement.
Black market sales are further referred to as unacceptable and a breach of Norwegian law.
The law states that it is forbidden to sell tickets for cultural and sporting events at a higher price than that which is printed on the ticket, or for which the ticket was first sold.
“Brann strongly advises against buying black market tickets. Both because it is illegal to sell tickets more expensive than the retail price, and because it is easy to be defrauded. In the worst case, you can risk that you pay a few thousand kroner for the tickets, but then they are fake or that someone has already used them,” writes the club.
The fire management is also asking for tips if anyone knows of overpriced tickets being sold.
“If you find out who it is, Brann will raise the purchase to the seller, and if the person has a partout card, this will be canceled for the rest of the season without you getting any money back and you will be reported to the police,” the statement says.
