Police operations manager Line Kapskarmo tells Nettavisen that the injured person is a man.
She does not want to go into details about the injuries, but still says that the man must be aware.
The incident took place outdoors. Kapskarmo says that there were thus many random passers-by who became aware of the incident, and alerted the police.
No control over perpetrator
Furthermore, the operations manager says that the police have no control over the perpetrator.
She also states that they do not yet have a concrete idea of who may have carried out the act, or why the act was carried out.
