Media officer Henning Sverdrup informs NTB that the Norwegian Football Association (NFF) will make an announcement shortly.
According to what NRK understands, Graham Hansen will be struggling with an injury. As a result, this entire national team assembly will probably fail.
There will also be an update about Arsenal player Frida Maanum. She collapsed in the weekend’s league cup final against Chelsea and was nowhere to be seen when Norway’s squad gathered in Oslo this week.
From before, it is clear that Lyon star Ada Hegerberg is not included due to an injury. Captain Maren Mjelde is not there either.
In Graham Hansen’s last match for Norway, the 3-0 win over Croatia in February, she suffered a hamstring injury. Two weeks later she was back on the court again and has played almost everything. She completed 90 minutes in the return match against Brann in the Champions League last week, while in the weekend’s match against Levante she played 22 minutes.
After the match against Finland on Friday, Norway will face the Netherlands away on 9 April. The two matches are the start of the EC qualification.
