Flying from Finland
Depp has been a much talked about person in the media all over the world in recent months.
In early June, the verdict came that he had won the trial against his ex-wife, Amber Heard. The trial had then been broadcast on television for the whole world, and many got involved.
It may seem that after the trial, Depp was very ready to return to work. Already on the same day as the verdict came, Depp was in Newcastle in the UK to perform there the next day. On Tuesday, he flew in from Finland, where he has been for the last few days.
Now the film star will probably stay in Oslo for a few days, because on Friday he will hold a concert in the capital.
Concert with Jeff Beck
The superstar will perform at Sentrum Scene in Oslo together with Jeff Bech (77) on Friday night. The concert was sold out as soon as it became known that Depp was going to perform.
In 2020, Depp and Beck released a version of John Lennon’s “Isolation” together. This year, the two stars will release an entire album together. This has been named «18».
Friend and colleague, Beck, has been playing music since the 60’s. He is known for being one of the world’s foremost guitarists. He has previously had both a successful solo career and been part of the group, The Yardbirds. In recent years he has played a lot with Depp.
