These participants are in the final

--

In the battle for a final place there were five participants left: Martha Leivestad (30), Line Andersen (50), Vidar Magnussen (46), Victoria Skau (25) and Anette Hoff (62).

The latter two had to leave the villa on Nesøya on Sunday.

Skau, who has been part of the well-established “upstairs gang”, was voted out by his own people.

Leivestad and Andersen said ahead of the elimination that they were going to vote for Skau.

– It was very painful, but at the same time it was very expected. They had been a duo in the same way that Danby and I were, so if someone from our trio was going to quit, I realized that it was me, says Skau.

She says that the three are good friends today.

– We have hung out a lot and talked about everything probably 150 times. That’s what’s so lovely – the two in particular were very understanding that this was a game, so there’s only been a good atmosphere afterwards.

Sunday’s episode was the semi-final of “The Game”, and next weekend a winner will be chosen.

– How does it feel to pull out so close to the finish line?

– Of course it is bitter. It’s very strange to see everything again today as I see all the moves I should have done differently. At the same time, I am very proud to have reached the semi-finals of a social survival game. The whole “Game” was a very personal victory for me.

She says that growing up she was not the strongest socially, and that it was therefore many of the situations inside the villa that hit her extra hard.

– I came out of it as a better version of myself, so winning was not that important to me.

She reveals that she still hopes Line Andersen wins, despite the fact that Andersen voted her out.

– She is super smart and very loyal to her team. Although it was painful to be sent home by those close to you, I wish both her and Martha the victory.

Anette Hoff lost her allies last week and was left alone from the “basement team”. This week she had to pack her bags.

– I was very prepared for that, so it went perfectly, says Hoff to VG.

After this week’s competition, she gained control of an immunity card and chose to give it to Magnussen.

– In any case, I shouldn’t have given it to those girls, Hoff said in the episode and pointed out that it was time for the trio to split up.

Throughout the season, she has refused to make immoral choices, and tells VG that she was shocked that she was allowed to stay for so long.

– I probably became a bit harmless and there were probably others they wanted out before me, she says to VG.

Hoff tells VG that she is happy that when she first joined a reality show, she is happy that it has become so popular.

– I don’t regret joining.

She was second at the top of TV 2’s poll about who people cheer for in “The Game” ahead of the episode. At the top is Vidar Magnussen.

When asked what she thinks about it, Hoff pays tribute to her acting colleague.

– I think he has been fantastically fun to follow, he is a great comedian and “takes it all the way out”. So the fact that people are rooting for him I think is very understandable.

In a week there will be the finale of “The Game”, and as the cube said in the teaser for the next episode:

– Whoever is eliminated last wins the “Game”.
