“The End. After 5 (!!!) years of podcasting, the very last episode of Twin therapy is now out”.

They also thank the listeners, the Plan B management, those who have guested on the podcast throughout, and not least each other.

“There is a time for everything, and when one door closes, ten others open.”

For the first time in their lives, the twin pair Vita and Wanda are moving apart.

Over the past five years, the twins have shared both big and small with the listeners, which they have also done on Instagram and Snapchat. There they have shared frequent updates from their everyday life, which for both of them consists a lot of exercise.

For the past year or so, the 31-year-olds have been training hard, and on Wednesday this week they competed in their first race ever.

The Mashadi girls ran ten kilometers, and Wanda finished in 44:23, while Vita was close behind in 45:53.

– Very nice, sick of you to be finished – so it was fun. Damn heavy at the end there, I don’t remember much of the last 500 metres. But I am very happy to have run, Wanda told Glåmdalen after the finish line.

However, she had not realized that she was in front of her sister.

– It could well be, I don’t know where she is. I don’t look around much when I run.

Afterwards, Vita herself shared that she was a little disappointed, as the goal was to come in under 45:00 – but that she was still happy to have completed her first race.
